Shokouh Shafiei is a seasoned executive with 20 years of diverse leadership experience in heavy industrial manufacturing. Her expertise spans engineering, operations and supply chain disciplines. Her background in turnarounds and corporate restructuring allows her to identify growth opportunities and develop highly profitable businesses that operate to their fullest potential. Shafiei joined DSA Signage in July 2019 as COO and was quickly transitioned to the CEO role by the end of year. In her first four years as CEO, she successfully doubled revenue despite global pandemic challenges. Prior to joining DSA Signage, Shafiei held multiple leadership roles at Cummins Inc., a Fortune 200 global manufacturing company, where she guided manufacturing strategy and optimized operations. Shafiei faced countless challenges after moving to the US on her own when she was 18 years old without speaking English. She started her career in construction and crossed paths with an inspiring senior client who helped her navigate the college application process – an interaction which set the foundation for all that she would accomplish both academically and through her career. Shafiei serves on the board of directors for Rebel Vac Systems, a privately held Canadian manufacturer in the oil, gas and utility sectors across the United States and Canada. She is a firm believer in the power of leadership to create positive change within communities. She actively supports local nonprofit organizations such as We Are Family, Youth Business Alliance, Downtown Women’s Center, and the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.
