Kylie Rawn represents the next generation of leadership within commercial real estate – one defined by grit, presence, resilience, and a deep commitment to earning trust through action. In nearly five years at Cushman & Wakefield, Rawn has advanced from coordinator to a trusted, integral member of Team Condon, led by one of the firm’s highest-ranking brokers in the Western region. Her progression was not driven by entitlement or timing, but by outworking expectations, stepping into complexity early, and consistently making herself indispensable in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.
Entering a male-dominated industry without a roadmap, Rawn learned by doing – navigating strong personalities, complex transactions, and real-time challenges
with maturity beyond her years. She sought feedback, asked hard questions, embraced discomfort, and allowed results to speak for themselves. Her leadership formation has also been shaped by exposure to authentic sponsorship, notably through working alongside
a senior leader who actively champions women in real estate, influencing how Rawn approaches mentorship and pays it forward.
In January 2025, Rawn experienced a profound personal loss when her family lost three homes – including her childhood home – in the Los Angeles wildfires. The following morning, she was back in the office. Not from obligation, but from conviction. Her decision to show up modeled resilience, grace and purpose, setting a quiet but powerful standard for her peers. Rawn’s trajectory, mindset, and growing influence exemplify the essence of an Accelerator Award recipient – someone early in tenure, but already shaping culture, outcomes, and the future of the organization.
