Dave McLean has 20 years of experience providing accounting and reporting advisory services to public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including tech-nology, media and entertainment, consumer products, and life sciences. McLean advises publicly traded and privately owned companies on technical accounting matters, financial reporting, SEC regulations, IPO readiness, M&A, and capital raising transactions. McLean has advised clients on more than 20 IPO transactions over the past ten years. He works closely with CFOs and corporate boards to help companies navigate the complexities of technical accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and changing regulations.
