Andrew M. (Andy) Mintzer, CPA, brings over 40 years of distinguished experience to the accounting profession, including 17 years with Ernst & Young. 2025, he was awarded the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Gold Medal Award of Distinction – the Institute’s highest honor, recognizing his profound and enduring impact on the profession, his leadership in ethics and standards setting, and his advocacy for the public interest. A recognized leader, Mintzer served as chair of the California Society of CPAs – the largest state CPA society in the US – during the 2016-17 term, and was elected in 2021 to a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. His professional excellence has earned multiple national and regional honors.
