Since launching his career in the Los Angeles and Commerce markets, Rasmussen has played a key role in landmark deals—including the largest industrial investment and land assemblage sales in company history at the time. His creative approach to redevelopment helped pioneer the transformation of dry warehouses into modern cold storage and food processing facilities.
