From leading investigations surrounding product liability and consumer class actions to guiding organizations through data challenges and cross-border risks, she has solidified her reputation as a breaker of barriers in the accounting industry.
Due to her successful leadership and positive impact on the firm, Aira-Ventrella was promoted to principal in BDO USA’s Forensics practice in 2021, and currently serves as the forensics market leader for Southern California. In addition, she is the advisory leader for the firm’s Southern California manufacturing and distribution industry group.
