The CBRE team leveraged their extensive network to target developers interested in data center projects, ultimately securing a committed buyer. Despite the lengthy escrow process, the buyer remained committed. The buyer plans to transform the outdated site into a state-of-the-art data center, which will signi cantly enhance the area’s infrastructure and economic potential.
