Greg Altman has over 16 years of experience pro- viding strategic tax compliance and transactional consulting services to closely held businesses across numerous industry sectors, including real estate, media and entertainment, wholesale/retail, and technology. His experience includes addressing the tax reporting issues associated with complex transactions within a variety of entity structures, including partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.
Altman has assisted his clients with complex partnership allocations, purchase price allocations, and the tax evaluation and implication of various sale alternatives. He has extensive experience providing mergers and acquisition services, including buy-side and sell-side transactions. With the goal of achieving tax savings, he focuses on the analysis of the tax efficiencies of pro- posed deal structures and conducts comprehensive tax due diligence. Making a difference in the community is a priority for Altman. He regularly supports Team Prime Time, providing intervention programs for at-risk children from low-income areas of Los Angeles.
