Delphin-Rodriguez has served as assistant general counsel to a Fortune 500 health care company and general counsel to a health care management services organization and is now a Los Angeles-based partner in Crowell & Moring’s Corporate and Health Care groups. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity financing, corporate governance, and complex commercial agreements. Her clients span a wide range of industries, with a particular emphasis on companies within the health care industry.
