Dr. Ramezan is Board Certified in Neurology, Vascular Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Neurocritical Care. He is the current medical director of the Comprehensive Stroke Center at Long Beach Medical Center. He is routinely involved in working with nursing and staff at Long Beach Medical Center for improvement of the neuroscience program and patient care in the hospital. Dr. Ramezan has been a sub-investigator in multiple clinical trials in Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, migraine, and Parkinson’s disease. He has a special interest in stroke and epilepsy with emphasis on critical care management of these neurologic disorders.
