Brittany Milliasseau started practicing immigration law in 2013 and since then, she has practiced immigration law exclusively. Â The field of immigration law is diverse and there are many different practice areas within the field ranging from removal/deportation defense to marriage and family-based petitions, from humanitarian applications to employment-based visas, from naturalization to Federal Court appeals.
Whether Milliasseau is working directly with the HR team of a large corporation trying to figure out options for them to employ a talented foreign national executive, helping a mother be reunited with her children abroad that she has not seen in many years, or assisting a victim of immigration fraud obtain permanent residency after being undocumented for decades, she uses her knowledge of immigration law coupled with her emotional intelligence, advocacy skills, discernment, perseverance, and creativity to help clients from all walks of life achieve the results they desire.
