Wylie Strout is the general counsel at Laserfiche, a global provider of intelligent content management and business process automation. She manages the overall legal strategy for the company, including acting as lead negotiator on transactional matters and overseeing corporate governance matters. She also assists with Laserfiche’s corporate social responsibility committee and efforts.
Strout’s experience spans two decades, and multiple industries and locales. She began her career in Manhattan at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. Immediately prior to Laserfiche, Strout distinguished herself in a six-year run as general counsel for a prominent Southern California-based healthcare company.
