Rob Womack’s recent title change to “Chief Innovation Officer” aptly describes his work, especially as it relates to the tremendous technology vision and platform implementation he has spearheaded at Aristotle, a $20 billion investment management organization headquartered in West Los Angeles. Womack is responsible for ensuring, through his efforts leading the business solutions team, that Aristotle’s technology platform meets the needs of the company, its affiliates, and most importantly, Aristotle’s valued clients, many of whom are leading institutions. He works closely with the Aristotle Board of Managers, executive team, managers and all members of the Aristotle family to foster a culture of innovation, process improvements and best practices. He also has earned the trust and respect of senior leadership, including working in different capacities with Chairman, Richard Hollander for approximately twenty-five years. In addition, he has been appointed as a key member of the Executive Committee at Aristotle.
Womack is a 32-year veteran of the financial services industry — an industry that has fairly earned its reputation as stodgy and uncreative. While Womack is certainly not a millennial with 32 years under his belt, he has been the driving force behind pushing Aristotle to deliver information to clients and prospects through new channels including social media, video, and implementing best-in-class marketing software. Starting in 2015, Womack — along with the team he handpicked, recruited and has successfully retained — created and executed a multi-year transformative initiative impacting the entire organization.
