Himanshu Palsule brings more than 30 years of diverse experience leading globally distributed product organizations to Epicor Software, with an emphasis on customer-driven innovation and driving growth. As chief product and technology officer, Palsule is responsible for the delivery of all Epicor solutions on a global basis, including product design, engineering, technology and quality, as well as product management, product marketing, and development operations. Before joining Epicor, Palsule was chief technology officer and head of product strategy in North America for Sage Software, a leading provider of global accounting and ERP solutions. Prior to that, he held the position of executive vice president and general manager at Sage North America, responsible for product, marketing and sales functions, and was previously senior vice president and general manager of Best Software.

Chief Technology Officer – Children’s Hospital Los Angeles
Troy Veilleux is passionate about using technology to improve the outcome in children’s health at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Since his arrival in 2017, Veilleux has led the way in transforming the technology infrastructure to support the expanding venues of clinical care. He has replaced the networking infrastructure in 27 clinical and administrative buildings throughout Los Angeles, prepared CHLA for cloud computing, moved from a legacy data center to a modern colocation facility, and is raising the bar on service level expectations. His team is currently focused on developing a complete, secure, end-to-end experience for caregivers and physicians. Veilleux is an Information Technology visionary, he understands highly complex technologies and implements them in a manner that delivers true value to the Physicians, Nurses, and Researchers who need information at their fingertips.
