Christopher Park joined Intrepid as a managing director in June of 2016 to establish and lead the firm’s technology group. As Head of the Software & Services practice, he has successfully grown the group into a significant player in technology. Since joining Intrepid, he has played an instrumental role in competing effectively against well-established investment banking competitors, further driving Intrepid’s brand in the software and tech-enabled services sectors.
Park has more than 20 years of combined technology and investment banking experience. His recent notable transactions include the sale of GraphPad to Insight Venture Partners; the sale of Experlogix to Featheringill Capital; and, the majority recapitalization of Datassential to Spectrum Equity. Park has been highly regarded by clients and buyers for his high-quality execution, industry knowledge, and tenacious commitment to deliver premium results. Park will continue in his leadership role to expand coverage across technology industries.
