THE LATEST: DeMartini oversees New York-based Tishman Speyer Properties’ operations in Southern California, including Facebook’s 260,000-square-foot lease of The Brickyard in Playa Vista. He also launched Tishman Speyer’s coworking platform, Studio, in L.A. and helped with the $630 million sale of the Wilshire Courtyard.

BACKGROUND: DeMartini joined Tishman Speyer in 2005. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. and as a consultant at Andersen Consulting. He received a bachelor’s in business economics from UCLA and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
