Winter Blend Gas Won’t Bring Price Break at the Pump

Gas prices are not expected to take their traditional fall dip thanks to a bill passed earlier this year increasing the price of gasoline by 12 cents a gallon, the Los Angeles Times reports. The switch to less expensive winter blends usually happens now, but the higher tax will eat up any savings.
