Watson is the president and chief executive of The Bradmore Group, a Marina del Rey-based private equity firm managing over 40 legal entities invested primarily in creative office and industrial real estate located in California. The company holds over $350 million in real estate assets and maintains a 96% tenant occupancy rate. Watson guides and manages The Bradmore Group’s three operating segments – global management, asset management and property management. The Bradmore Group recently completed 42XX, a ground-up mass timber creative office building in Marina del Rey. Prior to joining The Bradmore Group, Watson served as the chief financial officer of Flight Centre and, before that, of Johnson Properties.
