Condon is the vice chair of capital markets and leasing at Cushman & Wakefield’s downtown office. He focuses on all aspects of real estate, from ground-up development deals, value-add repositioning of existing assets, stabilized investment sales and leasing, as well as assisting prospective buyers to underwrite maximum value on disposition assignments, specifically focused on the downtown market. Alongside his team, made up of 13 distinct professionals, Condon has overseen more than $10 billion in transactions over his career. Some recent sales of his include The Maxwell, 2130 Violet St., 407 N. Maple Drive, 612 S. Broadway and representing UCLA in the $80 million acquisition of the Marymount Campus Rancho Palos Verdes in 2022.
