Lisia Leon has extensive experience as an attorney representing public and privately held corporations in employment-related matters. Working out of the Paduano & Weintraub’s Los Angeles and New York offices, her employment practice ranges from wage issues, class actions, wrongful terminations, discrimination and retaliation brought under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and related state laws, as well as government audits and investigations.
Leon regularly appears before federal, state and administrative and regulatory courts and agencies, including but not limited to the United States District Courts, state courts and the EEOC. In addition, she has experience advising and representing companies and organizations in response to claims of public accessibility under the ADA Title III and all related state and local ADA laws.
