Kenneth Hsu is a partner in the Litigation Department at Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP, with a focus on complex business and corporate litigation. He has represented a wide range of companies, including local and national retailers, manufacturers and technology companies in various class actions, contract disputes, shareholder disputes and other complex litigation matters. While he frequently litigates matters through trial, arbitration and appellate proceedings, his practice primarily focuses on finding strategic, cost-effective resolutions customized to each client’s business goals while minimizing the impact of litigation.
During law school, Hsu served as editor-in-chief of the Hastings Business Law Journal. He also externed for the US Securities and Exchange Commission and for the Susan Y. Illston, US District Court for the Northern District of California.
