Booth is an attorney with a national practice focused on financings, joint ventures and acquisitions and dispositions. She is proficient with traditional real estate product types as well as data centers. She has extensive experience representing lenders, investors, and borrowers in resolving nonperforming real estate assets. Booth handles billions of dollars in complex transactions annually. She is the first and only woman to receive a Band 1 ranking in California Real Estate from Chambers USA – America’s Leading Business Lawyers. Booth teaches at USC Law School and is chair of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles.
