Co-Founder and Principal, CIM Group

Shaul Kuba, along with Avi Shemesh and Richard Ressler, co-founded CIM Group in 1994. The company has worked on areas such as Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica and Old Town Pasadena. Kuba is the head of CIM Group’s development team. He also serves on its Investment and Real Asset Management committees. To date, the company has delivered more than $60 billion worth of projects and has grown to more than 1,000 employees. Last year it closed $3.4 billion in commercial real estate loans. Prior to founding CIM Group, Kuba co-founded Dekel Development, which developed commercial and multifamily properties in Los Angeles.
