Stacy Gray, MD, A.M., is one of the country’s leading advocates of genetic testing for all patients, with the intent of using that genetic information to create a precise therapeutic plan for each individual with cancer, and with a focus on preventing cancers before they happen. Dr. Gray has been a key part of the ongoing scientific push to use an individual’s genomic information to identify cancer risks for the last 15 years, and her recent 2021 appointment as director of City of Hope’s Clinical Cancer Genomics division will allow her to continue that leadership role in the field.
