THE LATEST: With $323 million in sales in 2018, Kirman ranked No. 8 on the Los Angeles Business Journal's list of top real estate agents. Catering to a high-end client mix of executives, celebrities, royalty and foreign investors, Kirman has generated more than $6 billion in sales over his career.

BACKGROUND: Kirman was raised in Encino and attended USC. He worked at Hilton & Hyland Real Estate Inc. before moving to the John Aaroe Group, later Pacific Union, which last year was acquired by Compass.

WORTH NOTING: Kirman has represented such well-known homes as Frank Lloyd Wright's Ennis House and Frank Gehry's Schnabel House.
