Rick Eiserman holds a dual role as chief executive of Engine North America and Trailer Park. At Engine North America, he drives greater collaboration within the midsize marketing services network that includes Trailer Park, Deep Focus, and ORC International. He also oversees the operation of marketing agency Trailer Park. Prior to his current roles, Eiserman was North America managing partner at Young & Rubicam Brands, Southern California, and Y&R’s Global Client Partner Lead for Land Rover and Mattel. Eiserman began his career at Y&R New York.
