Enjoy most: Finding win-win solutions to transform great project visions into reality.

Toughest challenge: Setting the best possible example of consistent excellence as a professional woman while making time for my family and community.

Proudest moment: Project openings and groundbreakings! I love celebrating with the community and project team.

Best advice: Determination and professional excellence must be combined with respect for everyone you encounter and human kindness.

Most excited: Talent and creativity of committed younger people.

Fun fact: I’ve climbed Mount Rainier and Mount Whitney and would love to climb Mount Kilimanjaro.
