American Reprographics Co. said Friday that it is offering 5.7 million shares of its common stock at a price of $32.25 per share.

The Glendale document management company said the shares are being offered pursuant to the company’s effective shelf registration statement and that it will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering. All shares, the company added, are coming from existing shareholders.

Shares in American Reprographics dipped 76 cents, or 2 percent, to $31.91 in afternoon trading Friday on the New York Stock Exchange.
