Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc. said Monday that it has reached an agreement to distribute and market Borba LLC beverages internationally, the St. Louis beer company said. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The nation’s largest beer company said the agreement includes Borba’s “drinkable skin care” lines, which are currently sold in high-end retail locations such as Sephora and Equinox Gyms. Borba is privately held and based in Woodland Hills.

Anheuser-Busch said its wholesalers will begin distributing the beverages in select markets in November 2007.

The Borba line, which is partially backed by Brad Greenspan, one of the founders of the company that developed MySpace.com, was also sold through television and Internet retailer QVC.

Anheuser has sought to diversity its beverage offerings through distribution deals and also has a distribution deal with Corona-based Hansen Natural Corp. for its Monster energy drink as well as other products.
