Calprop Corp.

Chairman and Chief Executive Victor Zaccaglin extended their offer to by all of the outstanding stock of the company at 65 cents per share to midnight, May 26.

Zaccaglin, the company’s founder and largest stockholder, and John Curci Sr. and their families now own 83 percnet of the company’s shares. The company’s board has deemed the offer fair and recommended that stockholders accept it.

Standard Parking Corp., a Chicago-based parking management company, won a two-season contract to manage parking-related functions at Dodger Stadium. The contract includes provision of shuttle services. Standard Parking said it was selected from a number of national and local parking firms that submitted bids.
