, a Woodland Hills-based online wagering company, agreed to provide horse-racing content for CBS SportsLine.com, a Viacom Inc. division that publishes sports Web sites. Youbet will be providing live racing video, race replays, handicapping products, racing tutorials plus games and contests to CBS SportsLine, in three phases over the next six months. The first installments will be online in time for the Kentucky Derby.



– Activision Inc.

, a Santa-Monica-based interactive game developer, bought game company Toys for Bob, which became a wholly owned subsidiary. Toys for Bob’s management team and key employees have signed long-term contracts with Activision. The 27-member Toys for Bob team will remain based in Novato.
