Jennifer Nassiri is a nationally recognized bankruptcy attorney who counsels clients across multiple industries in connection with pre-bankruptcy planning, restructurings, and liquidations, both in Chapter 11 and out of court. Throughout her career, Nassiri has counseled Chapter 11 debtors, lenders, special servicers, property owners, asset purchasers, insiders, and Chapter 11 trustees, including liquidating trustees in a broad spectrum of complex issues in bankruptcy – including one of the largest bankruptcies in the US, where she helped Seadrill Partners restructure more than $2.5 billion of funded indebtedness.
Recently, Nassiri served as lead debtor’s counsel for Village Roadshow Entertainment Group and its 33 affiliates in one of 2025’s most closely watched entertainment bankruptcies.
