Winter Chills Job Gains, Service Sector

Businesses added only 139,000 jobs in February, private payroll processor ADP said today, adding to concerns that the labor market continued to struggle last month amid extreme winter weather, USA Today reports. The U.S. nonmanufacturing sector also saw sharply slower activity last month, the Wall Street Journal reports.
