Whistleblower: BP Overcharged California for Gas

A lawsuit filed by a former employee of energy giant BP alleges the company overcharged government agencies by hundreds of millions of dollars for natural gas over eight years, the Los Angeles Times reports. Los Angeles County and the state of California are both plaintiffs in the suit.
