VW Submits Proposal to Fix Diesels

Volkswagen, having been caught for cheating on air emissions from diesel engines, will try to bring its motors up to California’s air quality standards. According to the AP, the company submitted a proposal Tuesday to fix Porsches, Audis and Volkswagen cars with six-cylinder, 3.0-liter diesel engines.
