Another hazardous materials leak has occurred at the ExxonMobil refinery in Torrance, coming just hours after a public meeting was announced to address such safety issues, the Daily Breeze reports. A state hearing is also scheduled soon regarding the company’s appeal of the $560,000 fine levied against it as a result of a February explosion.
