Jeremy Dillard, a technical standards partner at SingerLewak LLP, has made significant volunteer efforts in the accounting profession, including serving as one of three CPA practitioners of the Private Company Council (PCC) since 2017. The PCC meets quarterly with the Financial Accounting Standards Board to advise on all changes to US GAAP for private companies. Dillard has also served on the AICPA Council since 2011. The AICPA Council meets semi-annually to decide on the most pressing issues affecting the accounting profession and the public interest it serves.
Dillard has trained CPAs across the United States at various AICPA and state conferences as well as being an editorial adviser for the Journal of Accountancy. He authored the AICPA practice aids on engagement letters and internal controls, and was a contributing author for “Save Wisely, Spend Happily: Real Stories About Money & How to Thrive from Trusted Advisors.”
