Time Warner Cable stepped up to the plate Tuesday to announce it was cutting the price of the Los Angeles Dodgers network, a move made to reignite long-stalled negotiations over its distribution of the channel, the Los Angeles Times reports. Time Warner has been unable to make a deal with other carriers for the past two seasons, leaving most Dodgers fans in the dark. The new price would be 30 percent less than previously offered to DirecTV and other pay-TV customers.
