Target Resurrected

Los Angeles City Council voted unanimously Wednesday to allow construction to resume on a long-stalled Target shopping center in Hollywood, nearly two years after a judge ordered work at the site halted. According to the Los Angeles Times, a neighborhood protest group said it would sue once again to stop the project.
