Tackling Gender Bias in Hollywood

At a two-day meeting in the fall, a group of 44 industry leaders in entertainment came together to talk about the lack of women in front of and behind the camera, the Los Angeles Times reports. The meeting was one of the first efforts by the power players to discuss alleged gender bias.
