Several state agencies released a joint 56-page report and 33-page “action plan” on Wednesday detailing how SoCal Gas’ Aliso Canyon leak will affect energy demands in the region. KTLA-TV (Channel 5) reports that although the leak is contained, the action plan and the report detail that supplies of natural gas from Aliso Canyon have been “constrained,” which will require both homeowners and businesses cut energy use to stave off the possibility of blackouts and outages.
