Stocks Rise

In Tuesday morning trading, the Dow Jones Industrial average rose 35 points, or 0.2 percent, to 15,408.

The Nasdaq was up 20 points, or 0.5 percent, to 4,017.

The S&P 500 ticked up 6 points, or 0.4 percent, to 1,748.
