The S&P 500 was up 10 points to 2,022.

The Nasdaq was up 19 points to 4,952.

The LABJ Stock Index was up two points to 234.

Westwood’s Puma Biotechnology Inc. was Monday’s biggest local gainer among stocks trading above $1. Shares of the cancer drug developer rose 10 percent to close at $75.01.

Monday’s biggest loser, among stocks trading above $1, was Ritter Pharmaceuticals Inc. Shares of the company, a developer of a drug used to treat lactose intolerance, fell 19 percent to close at $1.61.
