Steelworkers Reach Tentative Deal with Refineries

The United Steelworkers union and plant operators have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract that could end the biggest refinery strike in the nation in 35 years, the Wall Street Journal reports. The strike has helped push up West Coast gas prices over the past month.
