SoCalGas Ordered to Get on Track

California regulators have ordered Southern California Gas Co. to give them a detailed schedule and outline of how the utility plans to plug up the natural gas leak near Porter Ranch, the Los Angeles Times reports. More than 1,000 residents have been temporarily displaced from their homes as a result, according to Los Angeles City Councilman Mitchell Englander.
