SoCal Gas Walks on Thin Ice

Southern California Gas Co. must continue offering rental houses to Porter Ranch families dislocated by the nearby gas leak, the Los Angeles City Attorney said. The company had tried to stop placing residents in rental houses because they are increasingly hard to find and expensive for short-term lease, the Los Angeles Times reports.
