SoCal Cops on Lookout for Cardboard Theft

Authorities in San Bernardino County are cracking down on bandits who steal used cardboard, which can sell for $100 or more a ton, the Associated Press reports. Cardboard theft is a problem for trash-hauling companies, which bring in extra revenue by selling cardboard to recyclers.
