It has only taken two years for the popular messaging app Snapchat to build up from a Venice bungalow to what will soon become 40,000 square feet in some buildings located at Venice and Abbot Kinney boulevards, the Los Angeles Times reports. Some residents, however, are concerned about what impact the expansion will have on their neighborhood’s character.
