Shomof Buys Stadium-Adjacent Inglewood Hotel for $18M

Izek Shomof, the prolific downtown Los Angeles developer, has purchased the Airport Park View Hotel at 3900 W. Century Blvd., across the street from the football stadium complex under construction in Inglewood for $18 million, The Real Deal reports. Shomof intends to renovate the 61,400-square-foot, 180-room property and is looking for an operator to manage it.
