Settlement Reached in ‘Midnight Rider’ Suit

The parents of Sarah Jones, the camera assistant who was killed by a train on the set of “Midnight Rider,” have reached a confidential settlement agreement with several of the defendants in their civil lawsuit, including the producers and director Randall Miller, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
